Spare Parts Service
AVM Srl also has a well-stocked spare parts warehouse so it can easily and rapidly retrieve the components and accessories needed to fulfil a customer’s demands.

We also offer a telephone helpdesk and remote assistance, which often are the best way to restart your machinery as quickly as possible and reduce downtime as well as the additional costs that would be necessary in the event of on-site assistance.
After receiving a call, all the necessary preliminary information is collected. An appointment is made to perform remote or on-site assistance and all the information needed to ensure good results and customer satisfaction is provided.
Remote troubleshooting
If a remote troubleshooting system is installed, our technician can connect to the latter via the Internet directly and supply on a remote basis and in real time all the technical support and programming needed to solve a problem.
Thanks to remote assistance, programmes can be amended and software upgraded; output and input checked and machine parameters modified. It is also possible to import and export programs and files without the actual presence of our technician at your place of work.
